The successful manufacturer of sun and insect protection technology "made in Germany" has realized an innovative B2B webshop together with All for One Customer Experience. The existing SAP ERP system was extended by a scalable platform with SAP Commerce Cloud. A central requirement was variant configuration in order to map the more than 80,000 possible variations for a product in a customer-friendly way.

Reflexa stands for flexible and durable sun, privacy and insect protection technology, which inspires retailers and consumers alike. Production has been taking place in Rettenbach in Bavaria-Swabia for over 60 years. In the meantime, a production facility in Oederan near Chemnitz has been added.

The product range is as extensive as the areas of application and extends from awnings, external venetian blinds, venetian blinds, roller shutters and pleated blinds to insect screens, special shading or patio roofs. Each product can be configured in terms of color, dimensions or material. An awning alone offers 80,000 design options .

In order to optimally support the specialized trade in product configuration and to minimize manual efforts around orders, the company decided to introduce a B2B web store with variant configuration based on SAP Commerce Cloud.
