In May 2023, the Women in Tech Initiative was launched by four founding members of All for One Customer Experience GmbH - with full support from the top of the company to every single team member.
Our goal? To create a platform that promotes communication and exchange, stimulates discussion and rethinks today's working and business world. Our maxim: "If you can see it, you can be it." We want to make top female tech talent visible and encourage other women and career changers to get excited about the tech industry.
We firmly believe that every path is individual, and this is exactly where we come in. Our initiative creates an environment full of inclusion, flexibility and training opportunities. Together, we are shaping a future in which equal opportunities and diversity are a matter of course.
