Thanks to smartphones and other devices, we are up to date 24/7 on all the latest trends and news and can communicate with friends and family as well as colleagues and customers from anywhere in the world and at any time. Personal contact is visibly becoming less and less. Companies that do not react to these changed circumstances will be left behind in the future.
